How much Ashwagandha should I be taking?

 
Our Ashwagandha Supplement contains 1.3g (so 1,300mg) of Ashwagandha Root.
How much can you take per day?
It's different for everyone - for me, around 2,500 to 3,500mg/day hit's the sweet spot, so I personally take 2 pills a day (One when I wake up and one in the afternoon).
To see any benefits, I would take at least 1,300mg/day - so 1 pill of Ashwagandha.
If it's your first time taking Ashwagandha, I would suggest to start with 1 pill a day for 3 days and see how you feel.
From there, I would go up to 2 pills a day and, on days were you need an "extra push," take a third.
Personally, I would not suggest taking more than 3 pills a day. 

I would also suggest "cycling" Ashwagandha to keep seeing maximum benefits.
Personally, I take it for 8 weeks and then I don't take it for 4 weeks.
So my personal "stack" looks like this:
Day 1 to 3: 1 pill/day 
Day 3 to end of Week 7: 2 pills/day
Week 8: 1 pill/day
Week 9-12: None (unless I feel tired/moody...then I'll take a pill)
Week 13: start cycle over.
