Basement Beast is about pushing yourself to your limit - where ever that limit is!
There is no room for ego in fitness - ego is how you get hurt.
So what if you can't finish a set/ round/ or workout?
That's 100% okay - I want you to push yourself to your limit. As long as you feel like you did the best you can at the end of each workouts, I am beyond proud of you...and you should be beyond proud of yourself. You'll quickly see that your body will get stronger and stronger each week. Soon you'll be able to keep up with me...and..believe it or not...eventually you'll pass me haha
So try your best with each workout and be stoked about what you accomplish!
