I haven’t started / didn’t stick to my diet...what do I do?

First of all - do not beat yourself up!

The fact that you’re reading this shows me that you’re committed to getting back on the bandwagon, and, for that, I want to start by giving you a “virtual high five” ✋ 

Now - whether you missed a few meals, over ate, or didn’t follow the diet plan as of yet - we’re gonna stop that right here and now! (I’m gonna be “that guy” here because I am committed to you and your success, and that’s what you hired me for so let’s figure out what’s going on.)
